When is the best time to request for quotation?
We recommend that you contact a relocation provider a minimum of twelve weeks prior to your intended moving date to give yourself enough time to plan and obtain quotations that will suit your requirements and your budget.
Your relocation costs calculation:
This would generally be based on the total volume of your shipment, whether it goes by air, sea or road. The costs would normally include our packing materials, the labour of our professional team, an inventory list of your shipment, and general export document preparation.
Our service proposal will however have the comprehensive information of inclusions and exclusions which will be shared with you by our residential consultant, who will visit your home to estimate your goods once you have requested for a quote from us.
We require complete payment prior to the packing of your shipment. You can make payment via bank transfer, or provide cash or a cheque at our offices.
We only use quality materials for packing and our professional crew will always securely pack your belongings, however, there is always a risk once your goods are in transit.
Inchcape Worldwide Movers recommend that you take insurance for your peace of mind.

Can I do the packing myself?
Any damage incurred to items you which you have packed yourself will not be covered by transit insurance.
For security and safety reasons, we recommend that you let our experienced and professionally trained team handle the packing of your household items.
Who will deliver my shipment at the destination?
Our service partners who will perform the clearance and delivery at the destination will be known only at a later stage once you confirm your move with us.
